The audience of 300+ Children, Youth & Adults together read out the Preamble of the Constitution of India as a pledge to build the Nation of India together as citizens of India. Aubrey also touched upon the three points in the vision of Mahatma Gandhi, for the India of his dreams. He touched upon the need to focus and include the poor in nation building, his emphasis on cleanliness being next to godliness, and the need to focus on the welfare of our women and their equal rights. Aubrey also spoke about the three great initiatives towards this direction by the recent launch of the “Pradhan Mantri Jan-Dhan Yojana”, the “Swachh Bharat Abhiyan” and the “Beti Bachao, Beti Padhao” campaign.
